چکیده

Abstract The demand is growing for new nanoscience-based technologies with unique properties that are different from traditional wet-chemical techniques. In recent years, laser ablation in liquid (LAL) has attracted increasing attention nanomaterial synthesis, which rapidly advanced both fundamental research and applications. Compared to other techniques, LAL easy set up simple perform. A large diversity of bulk powder targets can be employed LAL, combined an enormous variety liquids, greatly diversify the nanomaterials synthesized by terms size, composition, shape, structure. Although many reviews related have been published, a comprehensively thorough introduction deals liquids used still missing. To fill this gap, review gives comprehensive summary using types target liquid, emphasis on effects final nanoproducts. order provide better understanding liquids’ effects, also discusses additives such as salts, polymers, support materials, their mixtures. Since reactions occur during scope reactive (RLAL) redefined, representative each type summarized highlighted. Consequently, will useful guide researchers developing desirable via LAL.

Ultrafast laser ablation in liquids for nanomaterials and applications.

We present an inclusive overview of the ultrafast ablation technique performed in liquids. Being a comparatively new method, we bring out the recent progress achieved, present the challenges ahead, and outline the future prospects for this technique. The review is conveniently divided into five parts: (a) a succinct preamble to the technique of ultrafast ablation in liquids (ULAL) is provided. ...

Ionic liquids for synthesis of nanoparticles (A review)

An ionic liquid (IL) is a salt in the liquid state. In some contexts, the term has been restricted to salts whose melting point is below some arbitrary temperature, such as 100 °C. While ordinary liquids such as water and gasoline are predominantly made of electrically neutral molecules, ionic liquids are largely made of ions and short-lived ion pairs. These substances are variously called liqu...

Evaluation of Crater Width in Nanosecond Laser Ablation of Ti in Liquids and the Effect of Light Absorption by Ablated Nano-Particles

Micro size craters were created by interaction of nanosecond laser beam with titanium target in liquid media. The dimension of crater i.e. depth and width is important in some applications such as micromachining. When the interaction occurs in liquid environment, the ablated materials from the target expand into the liquid. The ablated material can affect the interaction process if the ablated ...

Mathematical modeling of laser ablation in liquids with application to laser ultrasonics.

The use of laser ablation as a means of generating ultrasonic waves in liquid metals is studied in this paper. A mathematical model for predicting the onset of ablation is developed, as is a model of the ablation process based on steady state, one-dimensional gas dynamics in which the vapor phase is treated as an ideal gas. The results of this model are then used in a quasi-two-dimensional mode...
